Have you been attending yoga classes regularly and are ready for a bit more? This workshop is for you! We will have an in depth discussion introducing the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with an emphasis on Pada 2 and the 8 limbs of yoga
In the practice portion of our afternoon we will introduce basic bandhas, uyaji breath and drishti (gaze) to bring more depth and mindfulness to our asana practice. You can expect a well rounded, strong, steady and mindful class leading to a supported savasana that will be enhanced by props and a clear mind.
