Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we understand! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation through your account at least 2 hours before class begins. Your class credit will remain on your account for future use.

For cancellations made less than 2 hours before class or for no-shows:

Members: A $10 fee will be charged. This also applies to students participating in our New Student and Welcome Back specials.

Class Pass Holders: The class credit used for the reservation will be forfeited.

Waitlisted for a class? If a space becomes available and you are moved into the class, we are holding that space for you whether or not you confirm the notification. Once you are moved into the class, our regular late cancellation and no-show policy applies.

All sales are final and nonrefundable. When applicable, credits are returned as account credit rather than a cash refund.

Cancelling Your Membership?

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@dragonflyyogafred.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted by phone, text, or social media message. Any minimum commitment associated with your membership must be fulfilled before cancellation can take effect.
