Partner Yoga

Join Alana and her partner for an hour of fun and connecting!

You and your partner will support each other in poses in a way that enhances your practice and it will build trust and mindful communication through teamwork. Working with your partner will help provide balance and stability in your poses while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. If you have never done yoga,  this class will be lead at a slow pace to help you find what is right for you and your partner.  We will have some opportunities for playfulness, and perhaps we may even take flight. Come with an open mind, a loving heart, and a willingness to explore with your partner. All definitions of partners are welcome.  Appropriate for all levels.
