The arm balance and inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial, yet intimidating of the asanas. Release your fear as Melissa Okrasinski, RYT200 and inversions guru, breaks down challenging arm and hand balance poses into simple building blocks. By weaving these small movements into your daily practice, you will build strength that makes complicated transitions feel effortless.
Level II will take the strong foundation you already have or worked on in the Intro workshop to the next level with additional arm and hand balancing variations.
