Breathe, Sweat, Strengthen

Why hot yoga? Yoga done in a heated environment has a range of positive mental and physical benefits. Heat loosens and thus protects muscles and joints as they move through their full range of motion, allowing you to go deeper in each pose. Heat can also help release endorphins which help to reverse the negative effects of stress. Heat also increases the heart rate, strengthening the cardiovascular system and the process of sweating exfoliates and rejuvenates the skin.
