A fun, Beginner Yoga practice for families to do together! A healthy activity for children and adults to connect and play in a safe environment using stories and songs to introduce yoga and relaxation techniques to use on and off the mat. Children (generally 4 years old and up) must be accompanied by an adult. No prior yoga experience necessary.
