Breath, Rest, Restore
This special class offers a gentle journey into conscious breathing and deep rest. We’ll explore accessible pranayama practices—including alternate nostril breathing, simple mudras to support the lungs, heart, and throat, and the calming So Hum (“I am”) breath—to settle the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for rest. The class concludes with a nourishing yoga nidra, inviting profound relaxation and renewal. No prior experience is needed—come as you are, breathe, and receive.
