Come and join us for an afternoon of seated postures to help you regain access to those tight hips, hamstrings, and the lower back.
Seated postures offer a wonderful and safe way to tone the abdominal muscles, bring fire to the internal organs, and get you to once again make friends with your toes. Our seated postures workshop is open to all levels of strength and flexibility. Modifications and alternatives will be given for injuries and or ability level. Cost is $30.
