Michael Noyes as been practicing yoga for 10 years and recently completed his 200-Hour Certified Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Yogaville Ashram in November 2018. For equally as long, Michael has enjoyed the mindfulness practices of good nutrition, meditation, contact improvisation, Argentine tango (yes, tango's a mindfulness dance when done well!), and playing the Native American flute.
His passion is guiding you in safe and satisfying body awareness and movement, using the power of your ATTENTION to observe what now is and your INTENTION to make what is not yet a reality. As a professional artist (and a 60 year-old grandfather), he knows the power of a creative spirit.
Join Michael for a community class focused on creating “steadiness and ease in your poses” (Sutra 2:46), and fulfilling the promise that yoga is an excellent practice for your body, mind and heart.
