This workshop will focus on signature standing and seated poses found in our multi level, intermediate, and power classes. There will also be time to break down any requested poses.
Workshop will include a brief discuss of the basic foundation of each pose, a short practice to warm up the body, leading to practicing each pose with hands on assists as needed.
The workshop will conclude with an extended savasana.
You can expect this workshop to be playful, informative, and relaxing.
