Creating a Mindful Menopause

Explore techniques for using yoga and nutrition to support an empowered life.

Join us for a special two hour class to discuss some of the challenging symptoms that many women experience as they transition into the next phase of their life. Topics will include irregular body temperature, headaches, trouble with concentration, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.

The workshop agenda will include a yoga practice with poses and breathing techniques especially suited for women experiencing or interested in preventing these symptoms. Foods that support the body as well as foods to avoid will be discussed, in addition to helpful supplements. Cooling snacks will be provided. Cost is $35
