Fundamentals of Yoga: A Four Part Series


Back for a second session! This series is ideal for those new to yoga or anyone looking to advance to intermediate levels with confidence. 

This four part series will focus on the main basic yoga poses with lots of hands-on guidance in a small group setting. Designed to help develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice for future growth.

Select either Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 AM starting July 24th taught by Michelle Etcho or Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM starting July 26th taught by Anne Kemp

Cost is $45 per person for four classes.
