Fundamentals of Yoga: A Four Part Series


This four part series will focus on the main basic yoga poses with lots of hands-on guidance in a small group setting. Designed to help develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice for future growth.

Select either Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 AM starting June 19th taught by Michelle Etcho or Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM starting June 21st taught by Anne Kemp (there no classes the week of July 4th)

Cost is $45 per person for four classes.
