Rocket 🚀 vinyasa workshop
- Rocket Yoga is a modified Ashtanga sequence that is designed to help you listen to your inner teacher, and silence your inner critic. This is a very playful experience that takes your nervous system on a roller coaster and helps you tap into a spirit of freedom and play. This workshop will flow through the Rocket 2 sequence with added drills to help you tap into your inner strength.
