About Our Yoga Program
Yoga is for everybody. But we each come to the mat with different backgrounds, experience levels and individual goals. No matter where you are in your practice—just starting, lifelong yogi or somewhere between—our program is designed to meet you exactly there.
If you’re new to yoga, coming to a studio can be intimidating—we get it. That’s why we offer small-group, hands-on introductory courses weekly and beginner classes daily.
If you’re returning to yoga or ready to take your practice to the next level, we’ve got you covered there too. Our uniquely-tailored program includes vinyasa, stability, restorative and yin classes designed around the philosophy of developing a well-balanced mind-body yoga practice.
