DRAGONFLY YOGA STUDIO
200-HOUR REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS RYT?
RYT stands for Registered Yoga Teacher, it is a designation assigned by Yoga Alliance, which is the professional organization that governs our Teacher Training Program.
I DON’T WANT TO BE A YOGA TEACHER. SHOULD I STILL TAKE THE TRAINING?
That depends. Do you want to learn more about yoga? Some students take the training exclusively for the information and the development of their own practice and skills. For many, this will be the beginning of a life-changing course of events. Your asana practice will improve dramatically, and by the end of the training, you may find that you want to share some of this information with others.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE FOR THE ENTIRE TRAINING?
For the sake of continuity, you are strongly discouraged from missing any part of the course. Missed sessions must be made up to fulfill Yoga Alliance’s certification requirements and to receive a completion certificate from Dragonfly Yoga Studio.
HOW DO I MAKE UP MISSED LECTURES/SESSIONS?
You are strongly discouraged from missing any of the scheduled sessions. If an emergency arises and you must miss a session, you will need to schedule a private session, at an additional cost, with the lead instructor for that session to cover what was missed. Alternatively, the make-up could be completed in a future program. We will email you before the next 200 Hour TT Program begins with a complete schedule of the sessions. If you are unable to make up the required lectures in the very next TT program, it is your responsibility to follow up with us and request a schedule for future programs. If the cost of the 200 hour program increases from your original training fee, you may be required to pay to make up the difference in cost.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS?

WILL I ENJOY THE TRAINING?
